Contents:
This is a collection of fifteen Lenten and Easter sermons by Comenius, within which the suffering of Christ from the raising of Lazarus to the placing of Christ in the tomb is set out in chronological order. The sermons are entirely based on the statements of the Evangelists, and each ends with a prayer. This collection of sermons is complemented by the Harmonious history of the Resurrection of the Lord (see the entry on the Historie o vzkříšení).
